AUSTIN – Dale Young, Chairman and CEO of Summit Consolidated Group – a national, full-service benefits firm based in Dallas – was recently elected Chairman of the Texas Business Leadership Council (TBLC). The TBLC is the only statewide CEO and senior executive led, public policy advocacy group in Texas.
